Fees

• Therapy session - $125

  • 50 minute session

  • Individual or Couples

• Pre-marital counseling sessions - $80 (per session)

  • 5-8 fifty-minute sessions

  • Signed contract required promising to complete entire course

Location

• In-person sessions located at my office:

  • 1657 Windrow Drive, Suite 4, Bozeman, MT

  • Inside or possibly outside (weather permitting)

• Telehealth sessions available for extenuating circumstances

  • Sickness, bad roads, traveling, etc.

  • Must be a Montana resident

Schedule

• Currently I am only available for regular bookings on Mondays from 9am-5pm (may have more availability in the future). Sometimes I’m able to make up sessions on other days of the week.

Payment

• All payment is due at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon

• At this time I am an out-of-network provider. However, I can provide you with a detailed invoice for treatment that you can give directly to your insurance company (if they provide out-of-network reimbursement).

• Payment methods accepted:

  • Cash (discount rate of $122)

  • Check (discount rate of $122)

  • Debit/Credit card via client portal (normal rate of $125)

Cancellations

• All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance (with exceptions made for medical illness or emergencies).

• If an appointment is missed without 24 hour notification, you will be billed a $50 fee.

• If you are a “no show” for two appointments in a row, then you will be dropped from my caseload.
