Fees

Therapy session - $125
- 50 minute session
- Individual or Couples
Premarital counseling sessions - $100 (per session)
- Minimum requirement of 5-8 sessions
- Signed contract required promising to complete entire course

In-person sessions located at my office:

Telehealth sessions available as well:
- Must be a Montana resident
- Log on to client portal

In-person counseling sessions are usually scheduled for Mondays, but Telehealth sessions (via the client portal) can be offered additional days of the week.
When you arrive, if my office door is open, and it is time for your scheduled appointment, then you may come directly inside. However, if my office door is shut, please wait in the lobby until I come get you. This helps to ensure client confidentiality as much as possible.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length
Most clients start out with weekly sessions and then may go to bi-weekly or monthly sessions later on in the treatment process

All payment is due at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
I accept private payment OR Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. If you have another insurance type for which I am out of network with, I am happy to provide you with a detailed invoice (“superbill”) for treatment that you can give directly to your insurance company (if they provide out-of-network reimbursement).
Payment methods accepted:
- Debit/Credit card via client portal (rate of $125 per session)

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance (with exceptions made for medical illness or emergencies).
If an appointment is missed without notification, you will be billed a $50 fee.
If you are a “no show” for two appointments in a row, then you will be dropped from my caseload.
